1. Purchase Information

Duet offers premium features through both weekly subscriptions and one-time purchases. Premium unlocks enhanced canvas tools, custom anniversary themes, unlimited media storage, extra relationship questions, and unlockable hearts/pokes.

2. Payment Options

Weekly Subscription: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew every week unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

One-Time Purchase: Available for lifetime access to premium features with a single payment charged to your Apple ID account.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

3. Premium Features

Premium access unlocks the following features:

  • Enhanced Canvas Tools: Advanced drawing tools, colors, and brushes for your collaborative canvas
  • Custom Anniversary Themes: Personalized themes and celebrations for your special milestones
  • Unlimited Media: Send unlimited photos, videos, and voice messages to your partner
  • Extra Questions: Access to hundreds of additional relationship questions and prompts
  • Unlockable Hearts & Pokes: Special animated gestures and expressions to send your partner

Free Features: Core features including drawing, notes, basic questions, and anniversaries remain free forever.

4. Updates and Support

Your premium access includes:

  • Free updates to premium features and new content
  • Continued access to enhanced tools as we add new capabilities
  • Priority customer support for technical issues
  • Early access to new premium features as they become available

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

6. Changes to Purchase Terms

We may modify these purchase terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
